Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your booking time for a full refund. After that, cancellation fees may apply depending on the car wash's policy.

Contact the car wash directly using the number in your booking confirmation. Most car washes will accommodate you if you're a few minutes late.

Tips are appreciated but never expected. If you want to tip, you can do it in cash at the car wash. We don't add automatic tips to your booking.

Tell us immediately and we'll sort it out. Either the car wash will redo it on the spot, or we'll refund you. Simple as that.
